FRIENDS AND FAMILYFRIENDS AND FAMILY - CLOSING NIGHT PARTY

Thursday October 25
8:00 P.M.
Egyptian Theatre

Described by Variety as "cross between LA CAGE AUX FOLLES and THE SOPRANOS," this screwball comedy of errors is a sure fire hit. Devastatingly debonair, fabulously wealthy, and totally in love, our heroes Steven and Danny enjoy successful careers in a family business. Only one thing could upset their setup: Steven's parents. When Mom and Pop pay a surprise visit, the duo’s life is thrown into chaos. Not that they must hide their love--the beauties are completely out--it’s the "family" business that’s a secret. Steven and Danny are enforcers for Don LoBianco, the biggest Mafia boss in town. The parents, on the other hand, think the boys run a catering business. To sustain the illusion, the couple throws Dad a party, frantically enlisting the help of the Mafiosi to masquerade as cooks and waiters. Watch as our heroes dodge both bullets and parents in FRIENDS AND FAMILY. Such a wild crowd-pleaser should be an organized crime!

Plus short: SWEET LIFE. Two men get up on an important morning to prepare a most unusual concoction.
